‘Avengers’ Director Gives Blunt Answer on Millie Bobby Brown Joining Marvel

As Millie Bobby Brown’s upward trajectory in Hollywood continues, many are curious about what may lie ahead for the Stranger Things star.
Following her starring role in The Electric State alongside Chris Pratt, it sounds like the sky is the limit for the 21-year-old actress. To add to the intrigue surrounding Brown’s future is the fact that Joe and Anthony Russo directed her latest film.
The Russo brothers previously directed two Captain America movies—The Winter Soldier, and Civil War—along with Avengers: Infinity War parts 1 and 2. Most importantly, they’ll direct the two upcoming Avengers movies, Doomsday and Secret Wars.
“Millie’s on the list for every project. You just can’t ask for a bigger star right now,” Joe Russo said. “[She’s] passionate about the work, passionate about promoting the movie, passionate about getting up every day and coming to the set [and] making the crew feel good.
“She’s just lovely. So, yeah, we’ll put her in anything.”
Anthony Russo echoed a similar sentiment, stating that Brown has “characters in her that audiences can’t even guess at.”
