Jennifer Lopez is setting the record straight: she’s single, happy, and not in a rush to change that.

Following her steamy performance at the 2025 American Music Awards, the 55-year-old superstar gave a playful but firm relationship update in an Access Hollywood interview — and it came with a little help from fellow entertainer Tiffany Haddish.

During the award show’s electrifying opening number, Lopez wowed the Fontainebleau Las Vegas crowd by dancing to 23 songs in just six minutes — complete with bold choreography and kisses shared with both a male and female dancer. The performance quickly became a viral moment and set the tone for the night.

“How cool is it to have a total superstar like J.Lo hosting the AMAs?” she asked the audience.
“Just from that opening number alone, Jenny from the Block has got all her steps in for the day, and she got all her kisses in. Save a dancer for me, J.Lo. Damn! You ain’t the only one out here single.”

Later, when Access Hollywood brought up Haddish’s “manhunting” joke, Lopez laughed and responded in true J.Lo fashion:
“She said that to me!” Lopez said. “I said, ‘Girl, I’m not looking for no man. I’m happy right now. I’m not trying to ruin it, okay?'”

The remarks come just months after Lopez finalized her divorce from Ben Affleck in January 2025. The couple, who wed in 2022 after rekindling their romance, quietly separated in April 2024, with Lopez filing for divorce on their second anniversary. She reportedly filed the papers herself, seeking no spousal support for either party.

Now legally single, Lopez is choosing joy, independence, and artistic expression over dating — at least for the time being.
