Millie Bobby Brown rose to notoriety from her time as a child actor in the hit Netflix series “Stranger Things,” but she is now a married woman and is growing into a fashion icon, and that became clear with a look she wore out in New York City this weekend.

The 21-year-old actress was spotted out in New York City with her husband Jake Bongiovi this week, and she was wearing a fully sheer, black lace maxidress. The dress had a fur collar to add a bit of coverage at the top, but the rest of the dress was completely see-through, showing off her matching black lace underwear.

She completed the see-through look with a pair of pointed black pumps with a crystal-encrusted heel and wore her hair in a slicked-back bun, giving herself an elegant, sophisticated silhouette for her night out.

This is not the first time that the actress has decided to wear a sheer dress in recent months. Just last month, she wore a more vintage see-through lace dress to the premiere of her upcoming film The Electric State in Madrid, Spain, wearing one of Gwyneth Paltrow’s iconic sheer gowns from the 1990s.

Brown recently clapped back at some critics as she blasted the media for “bullying” her over her appearance following a string of red carpet appearances over the past few weeks for her Netflix original movie, “The Electric State.”
